PROGRESS IN EL CANDADO
The building in El Candado, Malaga is progressing. After surmount some problems with the existent structure the works are going on with brickworks, render and instalations.

La obra en la Urbanización de El Candado, Malaga esta progesando. Despues de solucionar algunos fallos en la estructura existente las obras estan continuando con albañilería, instalaciones y enfoscado.

Die Baustelle im Stadtteil El Candado, Malaga geht zügig voran. Nach anfänglichen Problemen mit der vorhandenen Baustruktur wird jetzt neben Maurer und Verputzarbeiten an den Instalationen gearbeitet.

DEMOLITION IN MIJAS COSTA
The demolition of the roof and parts of this elder villa in Los Claveles, Mijas Costa is only the first step of this big refurbishment and elevation. KS-Arquitectura, hand in hand with the owners, is working to transform the existing building in a beautiful residence. The extension on the first floor and the remodeling of the pool area is the principal challenge of these project. The construction part was given to the constructors Hermanos Mesa Cruz S.C.

La demolición de la cubierta y parte del interior de este chalet en Los Claveles, Mijas Costa es solamente el principio de la reforma y elevación de planta. KS-Arquitectura, junto con los propietarios, esta trabajando para transformar la vivienda existente en una preciosa residencia. La elevación de una planta y el exterior con piscina es la principal desafío de ese proyecto. La obra fue encargada a la constructora Hermanos Mesa Cruz S.C.

Der Abbruch des Daches und die Entkernung ist nur der Anfang der Arbeiten zum Umbau und Erweiterung dieser Villa in Los Claveles, Mijas Costa. KS-Arquitectura, gemeinsam mit den Eigentümern, arbeitet an der Realisierung dieses Projektes. Die Aufstockung und auch die Gestaltung des Pool- und Terrassenbereichs sind die hervorhebenden Merkmale dieser Aufgabe. Die Bauausführung wurde an die Baufirma Hermanos Mesa Cruz S.C. vergeben.

NEW BUILDING IN MIJAS
JUST STARTET THE FIRST PREPARATIONS FOR THE BUILDING OF A NEW VILLA IN MIJAS.
The diggers are working in the excavation for the supporting walls of this pretentious building. On the design of MEDING PLAN & PROJEKT, KS-Arquitectura has projected this modern villa and also was commisioned for the construction supervision. The ejecution was given in the hands of the constructor JUAN CAMACHO S.L.

BUILDING START IN MALAGA
Original estate
After getting the permission from the town hall of Malaga we started with the refurbishment of a Villa in the Urbanisation El Candado.
This building is projected and supervised by KS-Arquitectura and will be realized by the builder “Juan Camacho S.L.”

Nach Erhalt der Baugenehmigung durch die Stadt Malaga konnte nun mit dem Umbau einer Villa im Stadtteil “El Candado” begonnen werden. Dieser Umbau mit Erweiterung wurde von KS-Arquitectura projektiert. Die Bauleitung liegt in den Händen von Kathrin Schlenker. Ausgeführt wird die Baumassnahme von der Baufirma “Juan Camacho S.L.”

Despues de obtener la licencia de obra por el Ayuntamiento de Malaga se ha iniciado las obras de reforma y ampliación de un chalet que esta situado en la Urbanización El Candado de Malaga. El Proyecto y la Dirección de Obra fue puesto en manos de KS-Arquitectura, la constructora es “Juan Camacho S.L.”.

- is working in a new project of 46 apartments near by the Corte Ingles shopping centre in Mijas. The order to the design of this future building was given by ACAPULCO HUMSA, a local promoter en Fuengirola with more than 40 years experience on the market.
The building which is very interesting for investors, will be delivered fully furnished and ready for lettings.
